2. “Do you travel outside of Whitefish?”

Yes! We proudly serve all of Flathead Valley and the surrounding areas, including Glacier National Park.

To maintain the highest level of quality and attention to detail for our clients, we do not currently offer services outside of this region.

3. “How many clients do you take on at a time, and how can I be sure you're not overcommitted?”

We intentionally limit the number of events we take on to ensure every client receives the highest level of attention and care.

Part of our process includes a detailed questionnaire and an initial exploratory call. This helps us make sure our values align, expectations are realistic, and the event feels like a good fit on both sides.

We only accept approximately 25% of the inquiries we receive. This selectivity allows us to stay fully committed, focused, and passionate about every event we say yes to—ensuring nothing is overlooked and everything is handled with excellence.

The number of events are determindted by scope of work and specific details involved. Our goal is that you feel our availability and devotion to you that you think, it’s just you.

4. “What is your cancellation policy?”

A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable due to the time, preparation, and commitment invested from the moment we begin working together.

The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the event.

If your event is canceled no further payments will be required—but any payments already made, including the deposit, are non-refundable.
